Return & Exchange Policy

At Fitovice, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's what you need to know about our return and exchange policy:

Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. You can contact us via email at mkariuchenko@gmail.com

Please note, we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrived damaged. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must report the damage within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to report the damaged product and request a return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  3. Please ensure the product is packed well to avoid further damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Please note: It's important to consider that you should retain your proof of purchase and may be required to present it for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for products that are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging or more than 14 days after the purchase.
